My Classes

I know that it can be a little daunting to come along to a class, particularly if you are new to yoga.  I want to reassure you that my classes are suitable for all - from the absolute beginner who has never been to a yoga class, through to the experienced yogi.   In each class I give options as we move through the postures so everyone can gain the maximum benefit.  Classes are different every week and incorporate asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing to cleanse the mind and body) and meditation to ensure that your entire body feels the benefits.

You don't need any special gear, just wear comfortable clothes. Don't worry if you don't have a mat- I have spares that you're welcome to borrow.
